As a verb rogue means to cheat and as an adjective rogue is having an abnormally saucy or unpredictable disposition, or no longer obedient, belonging, or accepted.
Perhaps she and her ghost writer think this is a good thing. The "book" is being published by Harper Collins owned by Rupert Murdoch who also owns Fox News.
